Do not recommend. You can be good tenants, clean the place thoroughly, pay rent on time every month and still have over half your deposit taken from you. They (Jennie Le Beau Roen) will gaslight you into thinking you damaged things because they “weren’t on the prior report”. I had a friend that lived here that had the same experience. Stay away! You can find a better rental anywhere else for a better price and A place that gives you a warning that maintenance is coming! Run as far as you can from this place and save your money!
Really awful management, we had a bunch of issues living there; our neighbors smoking drugs and being disrespectful to us, people going trough our cars and Jennie the manager never once helped out with any of our issues, we tried reaching her at her office several times and nobody was there…and when we got a response on the phone she always rushing to brush us off
While we've only been living here for a few months, we've had a few issues that involved Maintenance coming to take a look. Dwayne was incredibly helpful and understanding of what was going on with our unit. He explained everything to us so we knew what to do if it occurred again. We lucked out with great maintenance and property manager!
Just a heads up the maintenance will absolutely enter your apartment with little to no notice. And management does not care. I would suggest a guard dog.
