The houses are nice. The people speeding through the neighborhood have no respect. It has its pros and cons. That’s why I rated it good instead of excellent. All the neighbors are very friendly. At least in the established phases. HOA tends to harp on petty stuff rather than yard upkeep. But at the end of the day it’s not a bad place to purchase a home.
I love living here. Silver Hills estate is the place to live if you want peace and quiet. We moves here in 2024 and it's been so quiet. The neighbors is all friendly and they will watch your place while you're gone. It is very statsfied place to live. We really enjoy living back here.
My sister bought a home here with her fiancee and it is a beautiful home and what a peaceful subdivision, great environment to raise kids
