The people working there seemed very nice and very helpful cause I’m usually nervous about this stuff, it was nice to ask questions (ones I felt might be a little silly cause I wanted to know) and they were able to explain the process and the logic, Having to do medical research usually means one has something tough to deal with from health issues which can make most grumpy. The people are friendly enough, but didn't seem to understand the requirements of my study. Each appointment I spent the first 20 minutes with them trying to figure out what the next steps were. They charged the two colonoscopies required by the study to Medicare and never corrected these charges. I had to pay for my own prep kits because I didn't want to use the one they got free samples of ( it made me vomit). The study required two eye exams and I keep getting a bill for the second one even though I've sent it to DSI requ... read more
