Food's not terrible but generally the fries are cold unless you get them early in the morning. I don't know why

no response to my emails... getting nowhere with this company and i am not happy.. Ron, I am sending you this message from my new office in Montgomery NY. Scott in the service department is very knowledgeable and always calls back if I leave a message. The parts rep I spoke with knew the part numbers I needed from memory when I described them to her. I highly reccomend DSI recycling to anyone with Clean Burn needs.
