Extremely Rude This is not the place to go if you need lab work done unless you wish to be treated quite unpleasantly and poorly. I have been handled rudely and so has my daughter. I treat everyone with respect as I am in the customer service industry. The woman there treats all that enter with a taste of her nasty demeanor. Even the drivers license bureau treats people better then this lab.
Hard to contact DSI never posts their hours on their web site. They then never answer the phone. Once you are there (whatever time they open) they're really nice. They just very difficult to contact. It would be so easy if they just posted the hours they're open.
