DSI replaced the weeping tile in my old home. Made certain things were done properly and up to code. Repositioned my sub pump in a proper location (previous contractor made complete error to placement), any issues that came up, he communicated about them. Dan and his team did great work to make sure the job was completed with my satisfaction.

While preparing to replace my driveway and redo my driveway side weeping tile and waterproofing, I noticed increased cracking along the driveway side masonry foundation wall. Further inspection, after opening the basement insulation & framing, indicated substantial horizontal shear below the level of the driveway surface, along with up to 6cm of bowing along 3.6m of the foundation wall.
