Can I give a 0? They were amazing until I signed the lease. I had a whole in my kitchen ceiling where the vent goes. After 2 months of pleading they boarded it up. Now I have to tie my cabinets together to keep them closed. Of course steam warps wood. No maintenance unless you hound them all the time. People watching you and harassing you about visitors. Way over priced for the service received. Creepy to be watched.moving out as soon as lease is up!
They need to not ignore maintenance requests/close requests when they have not been handled. We have lived in the Willow Creek Holding apartments for 5 months, have had a leak in our roof for 3 months. We have seen one guy who said he would be back the next day and we have not seen or heard from them since. That was 3 months ago. We have sent 3 maint requests (with pictures), called multiple times, and even contacted Danny the property manager to no avail.
