BUYER BEWARE. We had a 5 year warranty with D’sapone Tile and Grout Co. On January 13th I called about my shower tile needing repaired. Kathy asked for pictures, they were sent and approved under warranty. I called to confirm a date for the repair. After 7 1/2 months of them giving various reasons why they didn’t / couldn’t schedule the repair, I just couldn’t understand why they kept putting me off. I was very patient for months.
