Worked there on and off for 10 yrs, the company sold out to an umbrella company who has made it way worse. They hire anyone off the street, who have no common sense. Half the ppl who worked there, especially 3rd shift workers, would sleep their entire shift leaving the morning shift to get the whole house up and showered, meds passed, breakfast, laundry(most would be soaked from head to toe). Horrible working conditions. Horrible supervisors. I would go to work at 6 am, supposed to be off at 2 pm. Wouldn't ever have staff to come in for their shift so I would get stuck till most of the time 8 or 9 pm. Turn over rate horrible.

Pro's plenty of overtime when available Cons not enough pay for the entry level position as a D.S.P $14.15 for 2 years working there. Never got a raise. Company just cares about filling up beds and not really focusing on the consumers well-being. If you are really desperate and just want to sit most of the time. Then this is the job for you. Managers bride employes with bonuses but never really see a difference on check good luck.
