Very very very unreliable
My warehouse has been without water delivery for a week, I’ve tried rescheduling multiple times and they keep canceling, I can’t describe how frustrated I am Mountain Mist was acquired by Primo, these people consistently suck.
Doesn't deserve a star, but required to give them 1. Worst company ever. Changes your delivery schedule, cancels deliveries, and then doesn't even deliver at all. No managers answer your phone calls or returns your phone calls. "Customer Service", if you can call it by that name, just reads a script and tells you sorry we can't deliver. Avoid the trouble and hassle. Don't run out of water, find another company. Update: They responded with some bull about caring about their customers. We LOVE our service guy ROBERT !!! ❤️ 😃 He is ATTENTIVE...FRIENDLY...HELPFUL...COURTEOUS ALWAYS for bringing us our WONDERFUL BOTTLED WATER we used for our COFFEE POD FEATURE as well 😀 Considering the heaviness of our bottles & MY HUBS being 80 + & stubborn ARMY SGM ....having to handle those bottles he USED W buy at store B4 CRYSTAL SPRINGS service was a great concern. I will B 70 next week so I can't life them but since ROBERT puts our bottles at our back door ..I can drag or roll them in the back door where our canister... read more
Horrible - they have skipped us twice and say we can't be out there again for 2 weeks absolute trash service since they merged with Primo
