Today this super aggro white dude blocked everyone in our office from entering and exiting our garage (the only entrance) while he served several offices on the same block. It was really something! I waited for him, like a normal person, but when he got back to his truck and saw us there, he just kept unloading stuff, load after load, and wouldn’t make eye contact. Our company in downtown Seattle has been customers for 6+ years (formerly Mountain Mist), but since Crystal Springs took over, deliveries often don’t arrive. They have been no-call, no-shows! I am forced to follow up every few days for one to two weeks, and our office has gone without water for over a week multiple times. I own a business in downtown Seattle and we’ve been a customer of Crystal Springs water for almost a decade now they are absolutely the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve emailed them, called them multiple times,waited for hours on the phone to speak with somebody. We’ve also escalated this to a supervisor and they will not pick up our bottles. Customer service is horrible, they do not respond to emails, they fail to show for scheduled deliveries and pick ups. We've escalated these issues via phone support multiple times (while experiencing very long wait times to even speak with anyone) and still nothing has changed. It's baffling at how they stay in business, they've definitely lost us as customers forever - please look elsewhere for a more reputable company!
