Horrible they have stopped the Crystal spring water option and are forcing arrowhead Which is known for having bad water report, micro plastics in overall not a good quality of water. They never even notified us. The brand would change it just force you to get the brand I requested for a different spring water and they still drop me off arrowhead.
Since primo bought out crystal springs, their customer service sucks. They changed our delivery day without notice, which does not work for us. After 2 emails and 2 phone calls, its still not resolved. Next step is to cancel service
I was also with Mountain Mist. Great company and water was the best. After selling to Crystal Springs, it took a month to get someone on the phone because of merger between Crystal Springs and Primo. FINALLY got service cancelled. Found a new local water delivery company in Kirkland. They have good reviews. Fingers crossed.
I manage the account at my company. We had been with Mountain Mist for years and had great service and the customer service team were amazing. When Crystal Springs (Primo) took over we've had nothing but issues. We've not had a water delivery in almost a month. You can't get anyone in customer service to help. We were happy with Mountain Mist, however, after being taken over by Primo it has all gone to hell. Customer service is non existent. Their website is a joke! The add on charges are ridiculous!
