We have built 5 new homes with 5 different builders and this builder is the most unethical company we have ever encountered We bought a home is Shearwater in St. Augustine. They eventually pulled out of our subdivision while other builders are thriving. They lie and misrepresent information. I have emails from them to prove this. Don't believe what they tell you. First met D S Ware Homes a little over 2 years ago when we "discovered" Amelia Island. Purchased a home in the Preserve and have been totally satisfied. Liked it so much that "Lenny" is now in the process of building us our true "Dream Home". Cannot believe it took me so long to "Discover Amelia Island" Just like my husband said. You will love working with Lenny and Erica.
We LOVE our D. S. WARE home! They were great to work with and flexible to accommodate our customization requests. Our few punch list items and warranty matters were professionally addressed in a timely manner. We have even had assistance with a post warranty matter in year three. Their primary Amelia Island sales person, Lenny, has become good personal friend. That can happen when people live up to their words! I highly recommend D. S. Ware homes.
