Dave keeps the place clean, secure and safe. Afforbable given the key location to boat ramps and suburbia. Great for boats since he has 2 wash down hoses available. Perfect for flushing the engine while you wash the rest of your vessel. Highly recommend if you can get in. Worth the wait if you can't right away.
