NO RESPECT. NO COMPASSION. SERIOUSLY GO ELSE WHERE. Do not bother booking at this clinic. I called and was put on hold for nearly 5 minutes by an admin assistant/receptionist. She abruptly cut me off while l was talking and put me on hold. All l asked was to book an appointment to see a psychologist. I eventually hung up after 5 minutes and called back again only to be cut off again and put on hold. If the admin treats you like your garbage then imagine what the other staff are like.
