Just lousy. I told them our furnace wasn’t working properly since day one. They treated me like I was the issue and the furnace worked fine. Now that I’ve moved my thermostat never has to be set above 68 to keep me warm. There 78 was freezing. It wasn’t in my head!! You guys need to fix the heating!!!
DS Property Management has managed our HOA for 2 or 3 years. This summer especially, they helped us through some complex problems with our irrigation system. It's a good locally owned company that is knowledgeable in HOA issues and they have worked every well with our HOA Board. I'd certainly recommend them for HOA services.
DS Property Management has been wonderful to work with. They help manage the HOA for our neighborhood that we moved to a few years ago. They’re always available for questions and Deb has taken the time on numerous occasions to help us navigate some of the policies written in the neighborhood’s CC&Rs.
Left several probably around seven or eight messages! Not one call back!!! All I’m trying to do is pay my bill:/:/:/. I wish I could give them less than one star!
This veteran owned company stole the months rent that I paid early on plus the deposit I paid when I first moved into there property. I always paid at least 2 weeks early my job moved me on short notice after I already paid the next month rent . I understand losing the deposit but loosing a month rent that I didn't stay there . And the deposit. Is not right . I didn't give them the 30 notice so I understand loosing the deposit but I should not of lost the month rent that I paid 2 weeks early on.
