I do NOT recommend David Parnell. Very unprofessional. Spent over 2 hours discussing my case with him and he seemed very interested in taking my case we tried to arrange to come to his office to make payment and he would not answer our calls, texts or emails. We called him from another number which he answered and once he realized who it was he said he had to call us back and never called again. Very odd.
