Heard they have new owners . They bought a great name and company. To bad they won’t be able to do the quality work. Had my Jeep for 2 weeks ,After I hit a deer. Told me for a everyday for a week it would be done that day . Finally got it late Friday . My dash light was on that my left turn signal was out. They told me they didn’t work on my left side so wasn’t their fault. Even tho they had to replace my grill. I had after market high end head lights. The store on Pioneer parkway replaced a mirror on my Silverado and changed fender moldings and left gaps in one that wasn't against the fender also they weren't as big as the original ones and didn't remove all the glue. Bought some no drill easy to install mudflaps and asked if they would put them on for me while there and he told me it might cost more and I said that's fine and they were still in the back of the truck when I picked it up but didn't charge me for it. 5+ Stars!!!!!! Took my Jeep to the North Pekin location. Customer Service with Judy and everyone else was fantastic, professional and proactive. My Jeep looked actually better when I picked it up from D's then it did when I bought it. I would HIGHLY recomend this company. Thanks so so much for your attention to detail and your amazing customer service.
I was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago. We had the van towed to them. We have had them do work for us when they were Sandrock and we were very happy with that work. They kept us in the loop on our vans progress as they did the repairs. We got my van back and it looks better than ever!!! The staff is super friendly and explains things to you so you understand.
They are an honest and reputable company that does quality work. Easy to work with and nice, friendly staff. Love this place.
