i got my nails done here less than a week ago. The guy that did them was on his phone the entire time, he wasn’t paying attention. My nails are already chipping, he put 2 coats on one hand and only one on my other. He also put the clear coat on with dirt on my nails and i got white so you can see everything. He was very rough with my hands. There are parts of my nail that are thicker than the other side from him not evening them out. Had $60 gift certificate. Got french manicure and pedicure both with regular polish. Pedicure was express which was $30 on the menu I was shown. Manicure basic was $20. At the end of my appointment the total given was $64 meaning I owed $4. I paid the $4 without issue even though it didn't make sense. Everyone works hard for their money so I didn't ask questions. I added a $6 tip causing the bill charged to me as $10. Later when the bill went through to my bank the charge was for $14 which was not what I authorized!
The lady was so rough on my feet with her instruments. She kept poking my skin and made me bleed. Did not paint my toes good. Very dissatisfied.
