So many people come in and tell us horror stories about what has happened at the hands of other mechanics. So we try to be as up front as possible, will be available after hours if need be, and we always return your old parts. You may not want to take them, but at least you can see that they were really replaced.

D&S have been my go to for auto repair since they opened. I have four older cars so I’m there more than a few times a year. I trust them to get the job done quickly and for a fair price. Very satisfied!!
Big Waste of my time - had an apt at 9am today - when I brought car in they said they are a little behind. & if necessary could I leave the cart overnight. I agreed - at 3:30 they called & said it would not be done - I said OK - just pull it in garage as promised. - Denise states not sure this can be done - Bottom line - my van sat there all day - had to get a ride home from someone at 9am & they were unable to at least store the car overnight as promised in morning. Great job. Brought my Saturn Vue in and they had a good idea of what was wrong with the brakes right off the bat. Also found an unrelated problem that I had completely forgotten about while worrying about the brakes and took care of that while they had it. Awesome experience and I will be coming back.

Our car was here for a week and we were charged for parts that were replaced unnecessarily while the real problem remained undiagnosed and wasn't fixed. We took it to the dealer and it was diagnosed and fixed within hours.
