A BIG shout out to Kim and her crew. What should have been a simple task was complicated by me giving the crew misinformation. They went OVER and above to complete a more difficult instillation, completing it cheerfully and still on time. I truly appreciated Kim's kind and compassionate resolution to the situation. I highly recommend this professional and efficient team.
Main breaker blew Sunday early. Kim had a repair truck on the way within the hour. Jamie had it repaired promptly. Superior customer service and people. 5 stars.
Another quality job awesome to deal with highly recommend
Electricians are knowledgeable, but both times we've hired them they've been over 20 minutes late with no communication. The second time, they sent an electrician as well as an apprentice for what was a one person job, then invoiced us for both people, and the apprentice just watched and passed some tools. After a phone call they did resend the invoice, billing us appropriately for the work done.
Friendly service. Good company to go with. Had a circuit breaker short out and they were able to fix the same day. Very appreciated.
