If I could give them six stars, then I would. These guys were so lovely. I was in a real predicament after traveling to Melbourne from rural NSW with a disgusting infected molar to see an endodontist for a root canal, to only be told that the tooth needed extraction by a periodontist. I had no appointment and was itching to get home and to get my problem resolved because I had an unwell child at home. I can not speak highly enough about the care and treatment of my granddaughter by DS Dental Specialists. From the Receptionist, Angela to Dr. Ortiz and his nurse, their care, professionalism and treatment of my grand daughter, who needed a graft and adjustments to her gums in preparation for further dental procedures, was exceptional. It is rare today to find people who not only say they care but whose actions prove that they do. I am forever grateful.
