Why in the world would you leave a van full of clients in a parking lot unsupervised. It's Dec 23 and I just saw one of your direct care providers leave the clients in heb parking lot completely alone!!!!! Are you that lazy or just careless 🤬
I live next door to one of these group homes and the upkeep and maintenance of their houses is poor. I share a fence that is falling apart with the group home and I have been leaving notes, calling the office and headquarters, knocking on the door with no response.
My sister lived at an ICF group with D&S for 6 years. It progressively got worse. There is a high turnover of staff with the bare minimum being done. My sister was taken to the hospital on 2 different times on neglect charges. I pulled her out. This is no place to put another living being.
