Staff in Cookeville and Crossville office are not drug screened, several are family members that work together, mother- son, wife -husband, sisters etc. Even the cleaning company is family so you know their review will be good.As a former emoyee that resigned due to the fact I was not going to falsify information to the families of the residents nor did I want to be in a toxic environment that puts you at high risk for a lawsuit.
