Staff in Cookeville and Crossville office are not drug screened, several are family members that work together, mother- son, wife -husband, sisters etc. Even the cleaning company is family so you know their review will be good.As a former emoyee that resigned due to the fact I was not going to falsify information to the families of the residents nor did I want to be in a toxic environment that puts you at high risk for a lawsuit. What a damn joke.......
Very poorly run company! If you are considering a nursing position.. I highly recommend you look elsewhere! Office staff, starting with the senior program director, are extremely unprofessional, vulgar and disrespectful. I have never worked in such a trashy, childish environment that is set to care for individuals. Would recommend Hilltoppers over this company any day!
