Two big thumbs up to the Service Department at the 7588 Tyler Blvd Mentor D&S location! Just had body work completed there and the staff was courteous and very professional and the body work was fantastic! They handled everything for me and kept me informed during the repairs. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Terrific experience!! Thank you to all there!
We had a great experience getting our car fixed while we were out of town. D&S and Shaun were very accommodating to our needs, the repair looked awesome and the car was cleaned too! I overheard an employee share with another customer that D&S Automotive Collision and Restyling was the only vehicle repair business where he's been employed, that he didn't have to make excuses for the finished repair(s) - the flawless work just spoke for itself. It doesn't get any better than that!
I had a Rhino spray in bed put in- looks so sharp! Erik worked with me so I could drop my truck off at the Chardon location and pick it back up there for my convenience. Great customer service!
