Had some parking lot damage on my SUV. Sarah at the East Mentor Shop handled everything via phone and email with State Farm and Hertz while I was at work....she is the bomb! The work was great and everyone I had contact with was professional and personable. Thanks!
They did a good job fixing $6300 worth of front end damage to my Dodge avenger. Was almost perfect but had to take the car back to get the headlights and Hood Closure sensor adjusted. Would gladly take another vehicle there is needed.
Don't ever bring you car here. Geico took my car here after an engine fire. I was told my car was safe to drive home and the engine went on the way home. When I called the shop they said they only lifted the hood and did a visual look to see what happened. They never even pulled it into the bay and ran diagnostics. The manager said he did me a favor by even looking as close as he did and by not charging me. They were rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this place or geico ins company. They did beautiful work fixing my car at the Chardon location. It looks immaculate (inside and out). Also, Steven kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Wonderful! Great service. Took care of everything. Identifying hidden damage, working with my insurance company, rental car setup and excellent repairs. Their communication was excellent throughout (can't say the same for my insurance company). I highly recommend D&S anyone.
