Went to pick my SUV on a Friday. They were doing work on the bumper that someone hit me from behind. The job was so unacceptable they told me to stop looking it over. Scratches in the paint job, bumper not on properly, stuff/bublbles under the paint, the window molding damaged from who knows. Finally picked it up the following Tuesday. Still not right. Blemishes on the hatch. Now I have to wait 30 days for the clear coat to harden and bring it back for a buff. The staff couldn't have apologized more but the workmanship..not ... read more
