Absolutely amazing dealership. We worked directly with the owner, and she by far exceeds customer service, extremely amazing woman. Other dealerships should take a lesson or two from her. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My car had been dying randomly but would start right back up, so I had them take a look at it and they tried to tell me that my engine blew and I needed a whole new one and the cheapest would be over $5000. I then brought it to another garage who barely looked at it and only did an oil change. So finally after months I gave it another shot and brought it to a different garage again, and they laid out everything for me that my car needed, explained each thing in detail, and guess what, not a single... read more
The sparks family, sparks many smiles with service done right the Maine way. "The way life should be" done right with some of the best customer service I have seen for many years. There not just a business they become family! Ten thumbs up.
I needed to have my brakes replaced. Call them got in very very friendly people very professional. I would definitely go again.
