Honesty and integrity is what this man is about. First he returned my call in just a few minutes. Next, He couldn't service me quick enough but gave me some great references.
Attempted to request a simple bid and the business was unreceptive and quite dismissive at each pivot point of the conversation. It was the perfect example of how some contractors choose to not ensure that all leads that comes in contact with their business has a valued experience regardless if the job is not a fit for them. Frankly entitlement needs to be replaced with kindness, helpfulness and empathy to ensure long term success regardless of the type of service you provide.
Rick did a great job repairing our drywall. He was very knowledgeable, always on time and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him.
