Lorenzo and Miguel were fantastic. Not only were they professional and competent; as an older woman living alone, They put me at ease immediately. They explained the process, and they were super thorough and careful throughout the house. They wore the foot booties, and they taped down all the cords that they had to put throughout the house could not be happier with them. Amazing service!!!

Drytech Restoration was a bright spot in a dark moment. After a contractor mishap, and 2 hours of a thunderstorm raining down into my ceiling, walls and basement, Drytech came to the rescue. This company is a well-oiled machine. Their process and organization is meticulous and methodical. Each step is made to make the homeowner feel safe and comfortable. Lorenzo and Jack came over to take out the shower floor and dry the whole area atfected by a water leak. They were incredibly professional from start to finish. The house stayed impeccable, everything was neatly covered for protection and I could not have asked for a better job. I definitely recommend them! We recently took out services from Dry Tech and did a basement restoration. While the job itself was taken care fine, the team at Drytech gave an original quote (verbally) for the work and the actual quote was more than double. When I contacted them back, their response was we did everything that was needed and since Insurance has approved the total value, I should not be concerned. Before scheduling with them, I would get an affirmative quote in writing (mistake I did) and then proceed forward.

Had such a great experience with this restoration company. They were incredibly responsive from start to finish and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The team was so professional, and they kept everything impressively clean throughout the project. Special shoutout to our project manager, Dean, he was amazing to work with, always communicative, and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend!
