Michelle was absolutely amazing. My husband and I went in asking for what felt like the impossible, and she made it happen. Within just one day, she got our application approved and sent over the lease. The property was spotless, and she even stayed late at the office to personally hand my husband the keys. What really stood out was the care she put in, she wiped down the entire apartment herself before we moved in. If I could give Drysdale 1,000 stars, I would. They’ve truly been a godsend for our family.
I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Drysdale. All issues with the property have been handled fine. I have called every day for 9 days to schedule my move out appointment and nobody is getting back to me. They provided a number to call to schedule said appointment 2 weeks in advance of my move out date, and I get no response or call back from each of the 5 extensions listed. I speak the truth they pick and choose who they want to help they treat people on section 8 like we below them but they take our money as long as they get all they money on time thats all that matter and michelle stop calling me when i post its all true freedom of speech just because your boss is on you dont take it out on me do your job and stay professional dont look out for one unit because they paying regular rent when Melissa lived here she got a lawyer and took yall to court due to mold and everything else and yall se... read more
