When we bought our 20-year-old house, we had no idea the ducts had never been cleaned. The team arrived on time, laid down protective coverings, and walked us through the entire process. They found a thick buildup of dust in the return vents and even discovered mold near the furnace compartment. They performed a full sanitization, blower cleaning, and coil cleaning. The difference was incredible no more musty smell, and the furnace runs smoother than ever.
Between our two cats and a dog, the ducts were loaded with fur and dander. The technicians pulled out so much debris it was embarrassing. But the results speak for themselves the air feels fresher, there’s less hair floating around, and even the musty smell is gone. They were professional, on time, and very clear about the service. I’d recommend them to any pet owner dealing with indoor air issues.
I am giving a 4, and not a 5, only because the technician was over an hour late as he was held up on his previous job. Otherwise, he resolved my clogged dyer vent issue, when Sears had previously failed to do so; I have a fairly old condo. They also provide a 1-year warranty...so if the issue is not solved after their visit, they will come back with a different solution. They cost a little bit more than Sears, but care enough to get the job done, unlike Sears.
Fairly priced and they came fast as I called and they fit me in same day. It did take an hour longer for them to complete than originally claimed as it was very clogged. He had a very noisy machine running for two whole hours and made a lot of trips back n forth to the truck but after having three different companies out they solved the problem.
