Called a company that wanted $60 just to come look at my dryer vent and tell me if it needed to be cleaned. I said well I just want it cleaned. Guy comes out and tells me my dryer vent is collapsed in the wall and needs to be totally ripped out and replaced at a cost of $1,100.00 Seemed fish so I insisted on a second opinion . He tried to charge me the $60 and I said how do you know my vent is collapsing ? He had no answer to that question. So I called Drysafe and they came out and did a video inspection. I am giving a 4, and not a 5, only because the technician was over an hour late as he was held up on his previous job. Otherwise, he resolved my clogged dyer vent issue, when Sears had previously failed to do so; I have a fairly old condo. They also provide a 1-year warranty...so if the issue is not solved after their visit, they will come back with a different solution. They cost a little bit more than Sears, but care enough to get the job done, unlike Sears.

Fairly priced and they came fast as I called and they fit me in same day. It did take an hour longer for them to complete than originally claimed as it was very clogged. He had a very noisy machine running for two whole hours and made a lot of trips back n forth to the truck but after having three different companies out they solved the problem.
