You guys are the BEST and I personally am grateful for helping us get through this -- You are VERY good at what you do and are appreciated by me, my neighbors, and the managers of our building ... Orlando and Jose of Dry Fast Property Restoration were consummate professionals during the 2 day work on my unit. They went above and beyond to make sure I was as inconvenienced as little as possible while delivering exceptional quality. Dryfast responded very quickly to an emergency pipe break that flooded my neighbor's and my apartment. They worked diligently to remove damaged wood and other materials and dried out our apartments with their equipment thoroughly. Beyond that, Ivan and his team are very kind and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Orlando and Geraldo did a great job with a dry out and subsequent paint and patch work. If you are landlord looking for a team ready to help with emergency dry out following bad leaks please consider them. They are experts at working with difficult tenants and resolving issues in a professional manner.
