Wow! Had Michael clean carpets at my 89 year old fathers house and they did a fabulous job! Carpets hadn’t been cleaned for years and I was shocked to see the impact their service had. Figured we were going to have to replace them prior to cleaning them, and amazingly he was able to get literally black stains out. Got same day service and the cat urine smell out of the closet! Mike and his son Hunter were very courteous, concise and thorough. Mike was very upfront with the cost over the phone and went over it again before beginning the work. Very happy with the result and service. Highly recommend!
Michael and Hunter came to clean my carpets this morning and they did an amazing job! They were both very knowledgable in what they do and were so helpful in advising me on how to care for my carpets the proper way which is greatly appreciated as we have a Labrador and a cat that contribute to the wear and tear. Mike and Hunter did a fabulous job on our carpets yesterday. Now they'll be clean as we hunker down for the rainy season. We've used Dryex for MANY years and they always do a great job and are very thorough. Long ago we had one company clean our carpets in less time than it took me to vacuum, which was NOT impressive. Dryex recently cleaned my rugs and carpets and did an excellent job. They are knowledgeable professionals and go the extra mile to be helpful and courteous.
My neighbors were having their carpets cleaned today so I sent my husband over to ask the dryex team to give us an estimate as well. I've been wanting to get my carpets cleaned for a while. Mike came over when he was done next door and to my complete surprise not only gave the estimate but offered to do it today!! I am so happy with the job well done, profrssionalism, and knowledge !
