Michael was the poster man for professional, friendly, knowledgeable, communication, ready to do the job and more! I appreciate his great service at the time of sale and also service after the sale. I’ll absolutely recommend him and his family business in the future. It’s not often you come across someone who knows what they’re doing with the ability to do it and do the job right. Thanks much👏🏼
Excellent service! Mark is wonderful - thorough, friendly, and quick. My exhaust vents have never been cleaned and they were awful. Now, they are sparkling clean and actually remove the moist air from the bathrooms and laundry room. This is the third year Dryer Vent Wizard has cleaned my vents and I will call them every October.
Mac was early, very informative and very personable. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Ultimately my ventline was cleaned out, the mph for vent flow increased over 10mph, and my wash loads are drying in less than half the time it took before service. Great experience.
I was able to get next day service. On time. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
