I was worried to get worst case scenario - where I'd end up having to relocate my laundry room, but instead it was like magic. Our vent exit outside was broken. The young man came out, cleaned out the vent and replaced the broken vent. He was quick, nice and very polite. He had come out last time we needed it cleaned. I’m very pleased.
