Called for a simple quote to compare with other quotes I've received in order to make a decision. Gave my zip code and then they wanted ALL my information and needed to set up time for a visit just to give me a dryer vent cleaning quote!!! Ridiculous! Why do you need all that info??? So you can then constantly call me or text me about offers? If other companies can give me a straight quote for a straight forward dryer vent cleaning, why can this company do it?
