I had a really great experience initially. The phone interaction was smooth, scheduling was easy, and they were very informative. It gave me a lot of confidence that I had chosen a solid company—especially since the owner personally reached out, which I appreciated. Just 2 years into the brand new home we have a bird nesting problem inside the vent because the builder installed a cheap plastic bird cap. Didn’t want to kick out the birds in winter so waited out for Spring and called an unlicensed cleaner for cleanup and to replace the bird cap.
