My dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry. I bought a new dryer, and it still took 2-3 cycles to dry! My new dryer quit working, and I had to call a repair man; the repair man said my dryer was not the problem and referred me to Dryer Vent Wizard of NE NC. The tech showed up on time, had all the tools needed, and found the issue. Someone had removed the cap on the outside of my house and covered it up with wood! No air could get out! Excellent customer service! Jim responded quickly to my request and was very knowledgeable over the phone. He was very accommodating in making the appointment. When he arrived on the date agreed upon, he went WAY up and beyond what my wife & I had hoped for. He really went the extra mile in making sure our venting issues were resolved.
