Excellent and professional.
I would not recommend this dryer vent cleaning service at all. The technician (Justin) showed up late, and seemed rushed through the job. After they left, I noticed my dryer was still taking forever to dry clothes, which tells me the vent was not properly cleaned. On top of that, I also noticed that the back of my dryer was horribly damaging my dryer hose connection! Awful experience with this company, what a pity.
