Great service, timely, very helpful analysis of what needed to be done
Eric came out initially for a standard dryer vent cleaning after we saw some performance drop on our dryer, as well as noticed an occasional burning smell. He offered to do a full analysis of the unit due to the burn smell and potential hazard it represented which I gladly accepted, given dryer fires are not all that uncommon and extremely dangerous. We live in a condo and it was difficult to identify the outlet vent for the dryer. The team did an meticulous job identifying the outlet, climbing on the roof etc ultimately locating it. They did an excellent job explaining things and then cleaning out the system. They replaced a piece of tubing as well. I will have them doing our regular maintenance.
