AJ explained everything he saw and did along the way. Took about an hour to thoroughly review, test, clean, retest, and clean the working area.

Eric did a wonderful job! He was thorough, explained everything clearly so I could understand. I was not pressured to add services I did not need. He was clean, friendly and got the job completed. He was on time. I was contacted with a text on his upcoming arrival. He left me with instructions on how to maintain my dryer and what to look for when something goes wrong. Eric did a fantastic job. We reached out to get more information regarding repiping our dryer. He called back quickly and answered all our questions. He made time the next day to come out and look ant it. He even fit us in that day to get it fixed since the prior system was so bad. I could not say enough great things, highly recommend!
