Christian arrived at the time we agreed on which is very important to me. He wore booties over his shoes while in my home. He was thorough and explained everything that he did. He’s very personable and enjoys his work. I learned a few things about my dryer that I didn’t know. Overall great experience. I will definitely use Dryer Vent Hero again!
