Steve was courteous and professional during his visit. On time and after inspection explained that the issue was hardly as serious as had been our concern. He could easily have charged us for something that didn't need to have been done, but instead was honest and upfront in explaining the problem, fixed it and was reasonable beyond expectation for his time and effort in resolving the problem. An honest and honorable individual ... you can't go wrong with "The Dude."
