I saw the great reviews and called them. The reviews must be fake. Unfortunately they were very unprofessional. When I called yesterday they were rude on the phone and when I said I couldn’t hear them because of the background noise (I didn’t know what it was) the guy said that’s my kid in a nasty voice. When I asked the price he said $200 - $250. He came today to do the job. After he said we owed him $325. Called with a last minute, dryer vent clog preventing our dryer from fully running. They were in the area and able to come within minutes. Their response was quick, competent, and professional! We’re able to set an annual visit for the cleaning from now on. Looking forward to at least this one area of home maintenance taken care of, simply!
