Shane scheduled my appointment quickly! The technician Scott was early for the appointment and did a great job troubleshooting the problem. It required us to get another contractor out to actually fix the installation of the vent but having Scott figure that out was the key to the problem. They both responded a week later to my texts which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend VentPrevent!! Don't waste your time with anyone else!
