Turner and Ken came to our home and listened to me explain my points of worry and they took care of everything. They brushed and blew out the dryer vent and cleaned the dryer, too. They replaced the outside tail line. They reassured me that the 90 degree angle in the vent (which I can see from the basement) was no problem for them to clean. They left everything clean and no dust/lint anywhere. The dryer works so much better! I highly recommend Dryer Tiger!
I moved into a house that didnt have a vent for my dryer. I called dryer tiger and they were able to do the job. I was quoted for a standard vent installation but when they started to drill they realized they were going through an old brick pillar from an old porch. It was a much more difficult job than they planned, and they went above and beyond to complete it. The vent works great and I couldn't be more happy with their work.
Ken and Turner were so thorough that they discovered the dryer vent on our roof was the wrong type and was trapping lint, so much in fact that they removed a quarter bag of lint that was blocking air flow. I highly recommend that everyone have their dryer vent checked and cleaned by Dryer Tiger. The issues caused by lint accumulating in the dryer line and duct can slow dry time and also be a fire hazard.
I cannot say enough about this company! These guys came today and cleaned out an unbelievably clogged dryer vents. I’ve already used my dryer today and am beyond pleased! Thank you!
I've had my dryer vent cleaned out by these guys a year or two ago and had them install plastic vent covers to all 3 of my vents on the house. The plastic vent covers have broken and fallen off twice now, likely due to heat damage. Unfortunately, the birds want to make a home here and are eventually able to get back in.
