I have been in my home for close to 3 years and was having issues with my dryer when I decided to have my dryer vents cleaned. The owner arrived and was extremely friendly. He showed me a photo of my vent and the blockage I had. Since it was not too bad he did not have to go on the roof. (woohoo). He did also explain to me that my hose was too long and bent which caused my dryer to use more effort. He recommended I change the hose to one that is also fireproof. Sometimes people forget that duct work cleaning is necessary for the safety of the home and the health of the family. Thoroughly pleased with the service we received and the professionalism.
Our dryer vent often got clogged and it would be bad again in just a few months when other companies cleaned it. David did a terrific job! The clothes dried in half the time and over a year later it is still great. He was very professional, he even helped us with a window screen that needed repair. Highly recommended!
David came within hours after I called. We had a fire in my dryer the day before and needed the dryer vent cleared before we could have the new one installed. The service was quick and he left everything clean. Very reasonably priced. We will definately use them again.
