My HOA called Dryer Doctors after another company dragged their equipment through my house, pulled down my curtains and left a footprint on them (all seen on home security video). In contrast, Dryer Doctors was fantastic. They did an extremely thorough job, including cleaning the inside of my dryer, and the owner also showed me how to clean the screen in a way that will improve dryer performance. The two techs who came to my place at 333 West Mifflin St. did an excellent job. They were very polite and accommodating. Jaison seemed to be in charge and he was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and I plan on hiring them next year again to have a yearly cleaning of my dryer
Jaison and Jeff are amazing, we got an absolutely brilliant service! They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. We will calling them back every time we need our dryer cleaned or otherwise serviced. Very pleased with the outcome and their expert advice.
Jaison and his coworker (whose name I unfortunately did not get) arrived promptly and were very professional. They did a great job, were very careful and respectful of our home, and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. They also gave us some great tips on simple maintenance that can be done periodically to maintain dryer performance.
I enjoyed working with Dryer Doctors - Jaison and Andy specifically - and would definitely recommend their services. Their visit was informative, educational and helpful for me to better understand washer and dryer maintenance. They were thorough in their work and communicated frequently and clearly. I appreciated their help in keeping our home safe and efficient!
