It's cool
Good place to store boats, etc. provided you get a unit that does not flood. Rent has been steadily increasing since being bought by an investor. Convenient location to U.S. 290. Gate has worked well with latest hardware and electronics install. My unit floods with minor rains, such that previous owners installed a ~4-inch tall curb to try to keep water out, but it still floods… and I have to bounce my boat across the curb to get it in and out.
The facility is secure and very well maintained. Other tenants are respectful and friendly. The property mgr. Is very professional and considerate. He is at the property several times a week at various times if you ever need something. If he’s not there he’s just a phone call away and always returns your call when leaving a message. The payment website is very easy to navigate as well. I only wish they had more large units available to rent. Affordable, convenient & secure! I called on Saturday afternoon and needed a unit fast. Oscar was great! We were able to discuss everything over the phone and i signed my lease agreement online. I was in my unit by that evening!
