I am in my second year living in Dryden south, and it is the perfect combination location, quality, and staff. It is central to college town on campus, it is a modern apartment, and the building manager Ed is amazing.
Great location on the doorstep of campus. Interiors are also nice
Dryden South is probably the best premium apartment in collegetown and is somewhat cheaper than others. The property itself is very nice and so are Patrick and Ed. Reliable landlord and great maintenance.
I lived at Dryden South for 2 years and had a great experience! The best place in ctown!
