Lived here for two years and had a wonderful experience. The landlord, Patrick, is a very reasonable and accommodating guy. Ed, the super, is very friendly and always around to help with anything. Apartments are spacious with great soundproofing and natural light. Loved having a laundry room downstairs which was never busy and the gym was a plus. Ed is constantly making sure everything is in working order, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Very comfortable and I’d highly recommend to anyone.
I am in my second year living in Dryden south, and it is the perfect combination location, quality, and staff. It is central to college town on campus, it is a modern apartment, and the building manager Ed is amazing.

Dryden South is probably the best premium apartment in collegetown and is somewhat cheaper than others. The property itself is very nice and so are Patrick and Ed. Reliable landlord and great maintenance.
