I am SO angry with this service. I have literally spent 14 months going through the motions just to have it all pulled out from under me. I had to sit and do level one therapy with someone who told me "I'm not qualified to deal with you" as soon as I started seeing him, but who refused until I demanded it, to do me a referral to the level two community treatment team. ***Edit - 15.07.2025*** Unfortunately my MH continues to decline, with reoccurring dreams about my experience at Dryden Road Clinic. I just want to offer some advice, as I wouldn't want others to have such a negative experience with lasting effects. YOUR FEELINGS ARE VALID, don't allow any professional to invalidate you or your feelings. Believe the 1 star reviews. I won’t mention any names or anything like this but if you have a choice go somewhere else, if you can’t you are in the same boat as me and got no chance…
Within my first two appointments with them they were able to identify the issue i was having and come up with a treatment plan that has been doing me wonders. Staff are great!
I thought I would give this place the benefit of the doubt after reading all the reviews. I got referred here by my GP and had to take time off work to get to the appointment. It was a decent journey from where I was based, my appointment was at 10am so just to make sure I called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and was told everything was all good and the appointment was still on time.
