This review is about 381 Dryden Harford Road. The landlord Debbie Footie dedicated money for two different types of cleaning even though I cleaned the apartment just like I received it. in NYS the landlords cannot deduct money from your deposit for normal wear and tear that includes cleaning. For anyone who will be renting this address I promise she will do this to you as well. She is horrible.

I currently rent from here and have been for about a year and a half now! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, when I wanted to move into a bigger place because my first lease was ending, Jennifer was right on it, showing me a few places that fit what I was looking for until I found the best place for me! The rent is also at a good price point for the area which is so important these days too. I would recommend renting here:)

The people at Dryden Realty were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I rented from them for a year and they were extremely kind. Renting from them was easy and they were professional from the beginning all the way through after I moved. Thanks again for everything!
