I rented from Dryden Realty & Apartment Company for the entire near 7 years I lived in the Village of Dryden at 3 different properties. They were consistently great to work with throughout the entire process, from touring, to signing, to maintenance. Their staff were always friendly, flexible, and easy to work with, with the few maintenance issues addressed quickly. If you want a solid, trustworthy option for apartment rentals in Tompkins County they are a great agency to consider.

Kayla Lane was dishonest about protecting non smokers. She allowed smokers to bully other tenants and resisted getting involved - - they posted policies (to avoid 2nd hand smoke spread) - - but did nothing to control aggressive smoking neighbors from ruining the lived experience of others. Very Gamey and Irresponsible Landlords.

I have been renting from Dryden Realty & Apartment Company for almost 2 years now and they have been a pleasure to work with! When looking for a change in location, this was smooth as well, they helped by sending apartments that were available and making the transition as easy as possible!
