With my experience with Dryden I would say there is nothing wrong with them at all. At some times they could have been a little more faster on the maintenance and warranty issues but they get everything done eventually and it is understandable based on the scale of their business. Mr. Dryden was even willing to work with me on my loan which I appreciated and all I can say is that I am very satisfied with my new home and the staff is really nice.
I love my spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of storage space at an affordable price!!!
Worst renting experience ever had. For the passed 10 years, This is the first time a landlord (Dryden Properties) is trying every way they can to keep the deposit. When you return the house, they are looking for spotless, dustless, every spots on the wall, the carpet, the mirror in the bathroom, and even the outside wall you have to clean for them. For me my experience with Dryden Enterprises has been great. I have rented from them previously before I bought a home with them. So far everything with my home has met or exceeded my expectations.
I purchased my home through Dryden going on a year ago. I was happy that they were willing to work with me on the pricing and the home met my expectations. I found out about them through my realtor and happy how everything has turned out.
Out of the whole buying process with my home dealing with Jeff Ashman the salesman was the best part. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The pricing was fair, the quality was good, I am very happy with my new home!
I rented from Dryden for years and this spring I moved into one of their homes. What was great about it that it was almost already finished. The quality was great and just like any home build we did find a couple small issues that were totally normal and fixed quickly.
I first heard about Dryden through my Realtor and I was very impressed with their homes. I ended up purchasing one and I am very happy with it. Overall I like the quality, location, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in the area.
